BetTOM Account Login
To access your BetTOM personal account, open the site on a PC or laptop using a standard browser, then select Log In and enter your email and password. BetTOM also supports mobile access through a phone or tablet browser, using the same credentials and account settings across devices.
Logging in requires an active BetTOM account; without registration you cannot view your balance, change limits, or request withdrawals. For UK players, the cashier area shows balances in GBP (£) and lists common local payment options such as debit cards and bank transfer, along with e-wallet methods where available.

Login Security At BetTOM (UK)
- 2FA: BetTOM supports two-factor authentication for logins and high-risk actions such as password changes and withdrawals. Use an authenticator app (TOTP) rather than SMS when available; UK mobile number changes and SIM-swap fraud make SMS a weaker option. Store backup codes offline and keep them separate from your device.
- Password: Use a unique passphrase of 14+ characters with at least 4 random words, and do not reuse it on email, banking, or other gambling sites. Avoid predictable patterns (names, birthdays, “BetTOM2026”), and never share the password with anyone, including people claiming to be support. Use a password manager and change the password immediately after any sign of account access from a new device.
- Notifications: Enable login alerts and security notifications for new device sign-ins, password or 2FA changes, and withdrawal requests. Turn on payment and cash-out notifications for UK methods such as debit cards, Faster Payments, and e-wallets; check amounts in GBP and report any unexpected authorisation attempts immediately. Review notification history after each deposit or withdrawal and keep email and phone details up to date so alerts reach you.
BetTOM Login FAQ (UK)
- How do I log in to BetTOM? Open the BetTOM website, select “Log in”, enter your email address or username and password, then confirm.
- What should I do if I forgot my password? Use “Forgot password” on the login screen, request a reset link to your registered email address, and set a new password.
- Can I use Face ID or fingerprint to log in? On supported iOS and Android devices, BetTOM enables biometric login after you sign in once and turn it on in account or app settings.
- Why is BetTOM asking for a verification check after I log in? BetTOM triggers extra checks when it detects a new device, a new IP address, or unusual account activity, and it may request identity or address verification before withdrawals.
- Does BetTOM support GBP and UK payment methods after login? BetTOM shows GBP balances for UK players and lists UK-relevant options such as debit cards, bank transfer, and e-wallets in the cashier.
- Why can’t I log in from my workplace or public Wi‑Fi? Some networks block gambling domains or prevent required security scripts from loading; switching to mobile data or a home connection usually resolves it.
